The Records Coordinator will maintain phone numbers and a current mailing list of all Area 10 Assembly members, change all group and district information as reported by groups or districts, coordinate changes with the General Service Office, and have Custody of the Area Map.
The Records Coordinator also maintains a registration table and laptop at all Assemblies and Area Records of all current DCMs and GSRs.
Area 10 – Registration Information Update . This is a new writable PDF format. Download it and double click on it. Adobe Reader will open and you can fill out the form. When you are finished, save it and email it as an attachment to the Registration Coordinator or print it and mail it to the address on the form.
