Simply put, the Area 10 Assembly is where we conduct Area business. An opportunity for District and Group representatives to come along with our Area Delegate, and the Area Committee, to discuss and vote on issues that relate to AA in our Area as well as the General Service Conference. All AA members are welcome to attend.

ABOUT THE ASSEMBLY
The Area Assembly shall consist of all current Area Committee Members and General Service Representatives (GSRs). In the absence of a GSR, the Alternate for this Group, if in attendance, shall be a member of the Area Assembly. Voting at the Assembly shall be limited to voting members of the Area Committee and the GSRs or their alternates who are in attendance. No absentee or proxy voting shall be used. The Area Assembly shall convene three times a year. The time and place for the March, July, and November meetings shall be selected at least one year in advance. The Delegate Session shall be placed on the Saturday morning agenda by the Area Coordinator for the March and November Assemblies. The General Service Conference Delegate Report shall be placed on the front agenda for the Saturday session of the July Assembly.
