The Area 10 Secretary attends all assemblies and records, compiles, types and distributes the Assembly Meeting Minutes and Area Committee Meeting Minutes to the Area 10 Committee (committee chairs and DCM’s).  The Area 10 Secretary updates and maintains the Area 10 Procedure Guide; Area 10 Assembly Guidelines, Area 10 Convention Guidelines and the Area 10 Assembly Experience worksheets. The Area 10 Secretary sends the upcoming Area 10 Assembly information to The Grapevine and Box 459 for inclusion in their “Upcoming Events Section” for the appropriate month. The Area 10 Secretary maintains an accurate accounting of expenses incurred for the each year for such position.
